We understand that you may have questions about us and our products. Below are answers to some of the questions we get asked most frequently.
Why do we use Natural Waxs?
Natural Waxs are cleaner and longer burning with no soot residue and easy to clean i.e. biodegradable.
Why don't we use essential oils?
Because they are toxic to children and animals.
When will my order arrive?
All of our candles, if in stock are posted within 2 working days using Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel service. If we are out of stock and need to make your order we will always contact you. If you should need your order sooner or would prefer your order to be tracked, please contact us and we can arrange some more delivery options.
Can I have a refund?
Whilst we hope you will be more than happy with our candles, of course there may be times when you change your mind. If that's the case please get in touch within 14 days of purchase and we can provide a full refund once the item is returned to us in its resalable state. Please note that the return postage must be paid by yourselves and we accept no responsibility for damage during its return to us.
If you aren't happy with your candle for any other reason or you feel the candle is faulty please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss further.
